Privacy Policy

Savoro ("we", "us") helps you discover recipes, plan meals, and build shopping lists — and, through the Savoro browser extension, fill your own grocery cart. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it to what the app needs to work, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address (or the Apple/Google identifier you sign in with) so your data can sync to you across devices.
• Your content — the recipes you save, meal plans, shopping and pantry lists, and preferences you create in the app.
• Photos — any images you add (for example a recipe photo), stored on our behalf by our storage provider.
• Diagnostics — basic, non-identifying usage and crash data to keep the app reliable.

The browser extension

The Savoro browser extension runs in your own browser, signed in to your own retailer accounts (Costco, Whole Foods, Amazon). It reads your Savoro shopping list and adds items to your cart in that session. It never completes checkout and never places an order — you always review and check out yourself. It does not receive or store your retailer passwords.

How we use your information

• To provide the app: sync your recipes, plans, and lists across your devices.
• To power features you ask for, such as turning a request into a shopping list.
• To keep the service secure, reliable, and improving.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Savoro, including cloud hosting and database, authentication, file storage, AI processing for features you invoke, and analytics/crash reporting. They process data only to provide these services to us and are bound to protect it.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your content in the app, and you can delete your account from the app’s settings, which removes your associated data. To make a request or ask a question, email support@savoro.co.

Children

Savoro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
