Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Savoro (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for your account and for activity under it. Use the Service lawfully and don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

The browser extension and retailers

The Savoro browser extension acts within your own browser and your own retailer accounts to add items to your cart. You are responsible for reviewing your cart and completing any purchase. Savoro does not place orders on your behalf and is not a party to your transactions with Costco, Whole Foods, Amazon, or any other retailer. Prices, availability, fees, and fulfillment are determined by those retailers, and your use of their services is subject to their terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display it back to you so the Service can function.

Subscriptions

The core of Savoro is free. If paid features are offered, any subscription is billed through your app store account, renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account settings. Purchases through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard EULA.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that recipe information, product matches, prices, or availability are accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll revise the date above.
